These fit really well, love the material, coming back for a second pair.They just are.I won’t name the other brands because I don’t need to put down other products. I can say I haven’t tried lululemon but there are lots of others.They fit my fiancé well.?These are perfect, American made shorts for yoga or just lounging around in the heat. I am not bold enough to wear them to a class, which is not a problem for me, since I don't go to yoga class. But you will be on display, especially if "commando" - which is the most comfy way to ear these. Probably too short for most boxers underneath, but briefs or short boxer briefs will provide some more discretion. I really love wearing them! You could argue that they're expensive, but for US made, awesome shorts, you're gonna have to pay a little more.I was looking for something that gave me mobility in the legs and let me do yoga mid-day with a quick outfit change from work clothes. I wear boxer-briefs which are too long to wear under these shorts. I go commando when I wear these; I think that’s how they’re intended to be worn.. Standard briefs would work fine tho. I practice via online vids so I’m not sporting the look with any “observers” in the room. It is kind of a sexy look - more along the lines of female yoga clothes. If you’re proud of your body - can be flattering ;)I've tried lots of different brands, you can definitely get cheaper yoga shorts (anything shorts really), but I have yet to find better made, better quality shorts/pants anywhere else. I've got some pairs of 4 RTHshorts/pants that are years old now, and still look and fit great.These are small and I love it this way but i want to be clear about how form fitting these awesome shirts are. They feel great with a high range of motion for those poses. Also, I swear A LOT and was really concerned with how they would hold up when I was dropping. They stood tall. You could easily go up one size but where’s the fun in that? Conclusion: super soft, they feel high quality, the owners wrote me a hand written thank you for my purchase, the color I purchased didn’t score off my goodies when I got really sweaty. They are very form fitting. I love them.This is the pair of hot yoga shorts by which I'll be judging all others. I do yoga at a large fitness club that offers many challenging hot yoga classes, but are not quite has hot, and don't have the same 'vibe', as bikram yoga. I didn't want to be wearing the equivalent of a short speedo swimsuit to classes, and the 'performance' shorts I had been wearing up until now just stuck to my sweaty legs. These yoga shorts are very close fitting, but still have a cotton-look and a little bit of 'give' to them so they don't scream "spandex"!I have bought a few other similar looking shorts on Amazon that are marked as 'muscle shorts', and while the inseam rise is short enough for my liking, they are invariable too large in the thigh for my 5'6" 132lbs frame. These 4-rth Mens Transition Yoga Shorts fit the bill. Oh, and I bought a small which fit me well.
