Awesome and friendly customer service. I didnt realize the sizes are in metric and mistakenly ordered by standard American sizes. I contacted them to request a return but they graciously sent me a new one in the correct size and at no additional cost. The product is of a good quality for the price, which is about half of what you would pay for a stainless steel Sabre lame from some of the American and Euro Fencing equipment companies. So, if you are a Sabre fencer on a budget or just starting out this a good choice. I'm very satisfied with the product. Happy ? !
