I bought these because my sister in law suggested them, and I do really like them. We went on a backpacking trip and the shorts I initially started in started chafing my thighs and it got very painful. I switched to these and not only did they stay in place/ didn’t roll up, they didn’t bother the huge sore the other shorts had given me. They were very comfortable, and they washed nicely after the hike and didn’t hold smell.The issues: I bought the two pack of black, they came navy blue. Not a huge deal but, you know. They also hold water like no one’s business. We got rained out a few times and while everything else dried out hanging on my pack, these shorts maintained their WWE hold on the water. Id wring them out and shake and smack them around on rocks and trees but they refused to dry out or let go of the water unless I put them on and wore them to dry out.Overall I do recommend these, even with the water retention. My circumstances weren’t typical for these shorts and their intended use, but they held up well and I’ll be buying more for future trips.I got these just to try them out. I've never been a yoga/bike short wearer but I wanted to try something other than leggings to workout in. I also got a pair from fabletics as well. These are a little less stretchy but compare pretty well. I am 5'5" and weigh 145lbs. I got a small and they fit well. I do like them tighter/compressed for working out. If you want a more relaxed or comfy lounging fit I would size up.EDIT: Have now used to work out in a few times. I dropped down to 4 stars from 5 because they ride up ALOT. The waist stays in place pretty well but the legs ride up like crazy.I bought the red ice color first and really liked them so I then bought the granite green color. The granite green isn’t very flattering, cellulite is more visible, so I recommend sticking to the darker colors! I’m 5’4”, 170 lbs and bought medium which was a tiny bit small, but I’m losing weight so it works for me. I like to keep my keys and iPhone in separate pockets on each leg when I run and these work fine for that purpose. The pocket is big enough for my iPhone 13 Pro.I’m only 5’ tall and the last pair of shorts I ordered went halfway to my knee cap which is very unflattering when you are short and plus size.These shorts are perfect in size and length! I plan on ordering more!These are great and comfy, but if you are looking for tummy control they don’t have it.These shorts are amazing quality for the price. They are the perfect amount of constriction in the tummy and super soft.I needed a pair of bike shorts for a specific series of classes and wasn't excited to try to find a pair. I bought and returned several pairs on Amazon. This was my last ditch effort to find an affordable pair before heading over to Athleta or Lulu lemon. I am 5ft 6 and 140lbs. The medium is a just a smidge loose but doesn't cut in anywhere and fabric feels high quality. I'd prefer a tad loose over cut in on the leg.I LOVE these shorts and wanted to buy multiple pair, but the stitching at the bottom of the legs came undone after only a few wears, so just be aware of that.
